14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on the product page.

  • The product has missing parts or accessories.

Warranty Policy (Beyond 14 Days)

Warranty terms vary depending on your purchase and location. Satya Computers reserves the right to determine service methods and eligibility based on your region.

Covered Under Warranty

  • 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects (based on the warranty selected during purchase).

  • 6-month warranty on battery and adapter.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Physical or accidental damage caused by the user.

  • Extended warranty (if purchased) covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Resolution Timeline

  • Resolution may take up to 30 days due to technician visits, pickup, repair, and logistics.

  • If unresolved within that time, a replacement or refund may be issued with 1% per month depreciation based on usage.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • The item must not be damaged while in your possession.

  • Devices storing personal information must be wiped clean before return. Satya Computers is not liable for data misuse.

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse (wrong model/color ordered) may be accepted with applicable deductions.

  • Products must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

How to Return a Product

To begin a return, please contact our Customer Support via the Contact Us page. If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Important:

  • Do not return items without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • In some cases, a technician visit may be arranged to inspect the product.

  • If the product fails our quality checks, the return will be processed free of charge.

  • If a replacement is approved, it will be dispatched within 24–48 hours after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products not in original condition.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, except easily replaceable parts like keyboards or panels.

  • Customized or personalized products.

Refund Policy

For Undelivered Orders (Return to Origin – RTO)

If the product is returned to us due to delivery issues:

  • Once received at our warehouse, a refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours, and credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Courier charges will be deducted unless it was due to a non-customer-related issue (e.g., non-serviceable area).

For COD orders where the customer does not answer calls during delivery, any advance paid will not be refunded.

For Delivered Orders (Customer-Initiated Returns)

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:

  • It will be inspected within 24–48 hours.

  • Refunds will be credited within 14 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

Refund Deductions

  • Defective products: No additional deductions, apart from usage-based depreciation if applicable.

  • Non-defective/Changed mind: A minimum 10% restocking fee or 3% per month (whichever is greater) will be deducted.

  • Additional charges may apply for any damage caused by the customer.

Buyback Program

You may return the product anytime during the warranty period with a minimum 10% or 3% per month depreciation, minus charges for any customer-induced damage.

Policy Updates

Satya Computers reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Our Rights

Satya Computers reserves the right to:

  • Decline a return if the product does not meet the stated conditions.

  • Limit returns from customers with a high return frequency.

  • Make final decisions regarding eligibility for returns, replacements, or refunds.
